I cannot agree with you more, if an outfit is missing an accessory it can totally or possibly ruin the look of that outfit,,,I myself own many low cut shirts, however I dont have the smallest boobs in the world so If I am missing a chunky chain or a nice cascading necklace I not my outfit looks very cheap if you know what I mean, but if I throw on that necklace then I go from cheap to chic just like that.....loved your blog.
